1. Website use
You may browse our site for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale without permission, or misuse contact forms.
2. Information and pricing
Solution descriptions, timelines, and prices shown on this site are indicative for Singapore market planning. Binding quotes require a signed statement of work or master services agreement. We endeavour to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete or current at every moment.
3. Enquiry process
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We may decline projects that fall outside our expertise or compliance standards. Consultation dates requested via the form are non-binding until confirmed by email.
4. Professional services
AI and machine learning implementations carry inherent uncertainty. Unless expressly stated in a signed contract, we do not guarantee specific accuracy metrics, revenue outcomes, or regulatory approvals. Client teams remain responsible for business decisions informed by our systems.
5. Cancellation
For paid discovery sprints or 48h POC engagements, cancellation more than five business days before start receives a full refund of prepaid fees. Cancellation within five business days may incur up to fifty percent of the scheduled fee to cover allocated resources. Project contracts define separate cancellation terms.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AIStartup is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or preliminary discussions. Our aggregate liability under any signed project agreement is limited as set out in that agreement, typically capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Payments
Commercial engagements are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Accepted methods include bank transfer and major corporate payment channels as specified in invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within fourteen days for POC engagements and thirty days for MVP and pilot projects.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility for deliverables depends on the signed contract. Custom software and model training services are generally non-refundable once specialist work has commenced, except where required by law or explicit warranty clauses.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and pre-existing methodologies remain AIStartup property. Client-specific deliverables and model weights are licensed or assigned as defined in project contracts. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.
10. Confidentiality
Information marked confidential shared during evaluations is handled under mutual NDA where executed; otherwise both parties should treat business-sensitive material with reasonable care.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts at our registered address: 71 Ayer Rajah Crescent, #05-15, Singapore 139951.
